Booking with GoEgyptia is simple, flexible, and completely stress-free.
You can reserve your experience instantly with no upfront payment required — your tour price and full details will be confirmed right after booking.

Once we receive your reservation, our team will personally contact you via WhatsApp or email to verify your booking and guide you through the next easy steps.
To secure your spot, we offer two convenient options:

• Pay on arrival (available for most local tours and transfers)
• Pay securely online via a payment link sent before your departure.

Deposit & Payment Requirements

To secure your reservation, a minimum deposit of 20% of the tour price must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure.

While most tours remain eligible for our flexible Book Now, Pay Later option, certain experiences require full payment in advance to guarantee availability and secure your reservation.

Full advance payment may be required for:

• Private tours
• Large group bookings
• Selected experiences where availability is limited or requires advance confirmation

If full payment is required, our team will inform you during the booking confirmation process.

Discounts & Mandatory Fees

Promotional offers and discounts apply only to the tour price unless otherwise stated.

Government taxes, National Park fees, entrance tickets, transfer supplements, and any other mandatory governmental or operational fees are excluded from discounts and remain payable in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change, so GoEgyptia offers a flexible and fair cancellation policy that keeps travelers protected and guides supported.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour or activity start time (refundable)
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, as services and transport are pre-arranged.
• If your tour is cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or free reschedule — your choice.

Booking Changes

• You can reschedule or modify your booking up to 24 hours before your experience begins (subject to availability).
• Last-minute adjustments may be possible — contact our support team and we’ll do our best to assist.
• Certain private or multi-day tours may include custom change terms, displayed clearly during checkout.
